My Yoga Classes

I truly love to share the powerful teachings of Yoga. My classes are mostly mixed ability ( to reflect life ) so everyone is welcome. If you are a beginner I will guide you in beginning basic instructions. If you are more experienced I will offer you some different variations/ options to take you deeper within a pose and or deeper into your Self.

Each week I share a different theme in class and a sequence of poses/practices to reflect the theme/ teaching I am sharing. My classes are a blend of dynamic hatha yoga poses with the balance of some restorative/ nurturing practices.

Most weeks will include asana ( poses ), breathing practices ( pranayama ), meditation and relaxation. I weave heart opening yoga philosophy into class to support healing and personal growth.

My classes are uplifting, fun and nurturing with a strong emphasis on optimal alignment to help create more freedom and space in our mind, body and heart.

I offer weekly group classes, one to one and corporate sessions for Yoga and Deep Relaxation, Meditation and Kirtan in Maidenhead, Burnham, Windsor and Eton areas. Class details are on the Class Timetable page.
